We ship all residential and small business orders via USPS. Most orders will be shipped within 2 business days. Under extreme circumstances there may be up to a 3 business day processing time. If there will be a shipping time beyond the standard 3 business days we will make every effort to have the information posted as well as notify you after the order is placed.
The shopping cart is designed to clearly show your actual shipping cost. This will be your shipping charge unless there is a problem with the quoted estimate. In this case we will contact you before processing the order.
Why do we not accept returns? Being sensitive to the personal nature of skin care, maintaining the purity of our products is a high priority. Any merchandise that has been shipped is considered to be used and will not be resold by Wilder Supply Company.

Lost Or Damaged In Shipping
We are not responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected shipments. If you want to purchase insurance contact us and we will send your order insured and provide you with the additional cost. In the case that an uninsured package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately as we would like to know the particulars of the incident.
If you have not received your package and the tracking shows delivered, please contact your local USPS.

Handcrafted product variation
Our products are handcrafted and some of the ingredients are minimally processed or wildcrafted. There may be minor variations in fragrance or appearance in some products such as soap or unrefined butters. This is simply the nature of working with something that has not been heavily refined.
Out Of Stock Items
If an item goes out of stock after you place your order, we will notify you and the item will be canceled from your order. We currently do not backorder items.
