Apply salve to any area that needs extra hydration and smoothness. For application to your baby’s bottom, gently cleanse the skin first and apply salve liberally. For best results, apply after each diaper change.

Doesn’t smell like cottonwood buds, which is the main reason I wanted to try it. It is a nice salve and it does have a pleasant scent, though.
Sorry to be a little negative. I like the balm but was hoping it would have a better scent’ It smells like olive oil.
