To use:
Roll directly onto your knuckles or wrist and inhale the vapors, roll directly onto chest area, or wave the roller tube under nostrils and inhale.
*Never put peppermint oil on or near an infant or small child’s face. It may cause spasms that cause breathing problems. This treatment might not be suitable for pregnant women

With a family of seven in the home there are plenty of germs to be shared and this product helps keep nasal congestion to a minimum. During the Winter months our homes gets so dry and I have found this product to be helpful with keeping dry noses open and breathing easier.
