Roll liberally onto your temples (avoid eyes), inside of wrists, the back of your neck, and/or across your forehead and lightly massage those areas.

This product might not be suitable for pregnant women. Never put peppermint oil on or near an infant or small child's face. It may cause spasms that cause breathing problems.
